Frightfully Fan-flippin'-tastic!

This has got to be the flippin' best halloween set up i've ever done.  I swear it could be in a store.  And if it was, my halloween lovin' self would want all of it.  Don't you love when something works out the way you pictured it!?  I call this Pottery Barn a la Dollar Tree and Christmas Tree Shoppe.

This time, i'm gonna let the pretty/creepy awesomeness do the talking.  Hope you love it like i do!

This whole look was less than 20 bucks, not counting previous purchases.  Even then it would take it to 30.  Still awesome for 30, and hello, perfect colors for dining room!  I put on my Halloween mix cd and went to town!   I need musical accompaniment for everything...do you have any music that says "halloween" to you?

  35. Love your Halloween display...very nice. I love the inclusion of the books. I was thinking of including some of my Anne Rice books and need to dig out my volume of Edgar Allen Poe.

You asked about Halloween music. Yes, I listen to it while I decorate. And of course it plays all night on Halloween.

Most favorite is "Nightmare Before XMas" soundtrack, followed by "Sweeney Todd" and I have several of the Midnight Syndicate's CD's. I do have a CD of scary movie sondtracks but don't like the way it goes from one soundtrack to another...it's too abrupt. So prefer a CD of continuos music.

If you go to Pumpkinrot.blogspot.com...he always lists great music for Halloween. I've been meaning to try out some of his suggestions.

I just became your newest follower and added you to my blog list.
