Cat Logic

Cat logic:

Empty, fluffy, comfy cat pillow in front of the vent....
Pile of floorboards from kitchen reno, vacuum, plant stand and reciprocating saw in front of the vent.  Clearly this is the better and more comfortable option for getting warm.

Or perhaps here, where she will absorb the heat full blast and come away smelling burnt, while also sitting on the hard wood floor instead of the comfy cushion.

Sisters. At least the younger one knows what the cushion is for.

What do your pets do that defy logic?  Or defy human logic, at least?

  2. Haha! My older cat will sit on anything flat and smooth that's on the carpet. It may be a book, a storage box lid, a piece of paper... Anything! My dog prefers wrinkled clothes over their dog beds. Animals are strange!!!

  3. Of course, sleeping on the tools is more fun. She gets attention that way. My little one is similar which is why we have not bought her a bed.

  4. There are two pillows in my veranda for my cats... One of them sleeps in between them most of the time ;)

  9. Oh! I only wish we had some pets to keep us entertained! For now, it's just the kids who do crazy things around here. :)

  11. How funny are cats? They bring the crazy to life! I hope you are well! I am more on FB these days, out of laziness, I think. Thought of you yesterday as Wendy and I watched "Me, Earl and the Dying Girl". So much goodness in it! Hope you caught Ex Machina! Seen any good ones lately? My son is hoping to launch a documentary with his production partner at one of the festivals in the upcoming season. Wouldn't that be fun? Your renovations look great and I hope I don't sound like a rambling stranger :-) Ann
