This time, i'm gonna let the pretty/creepy awesomeness do the talking. Hope you love it like i do!
This whole look was less than 20 bucks, not counting previous purchases. Even then it would take it to 30. Still awesome for 30, and hello, perfect colors for dining room! I put on my Halloween mix cd and went to town! I need musical accompaniment for everything...do you have any music that says "halloween" to you?

Jill :)
Oooh, love it all!! Dang, I meant to go to the Dollar Tree this weekend and get some of those glitter skulls. Guess I"ll head out there tomorrow. I'm STILL waiting on Charles to get my older Halloween stuff out of the garage attic.
These are awesome decorations! I love the candle holders! Scary!!!
Wow! This all looks amazing together...and for so cheap! I'm super impressed...it is very Pottery Barn-like! Great job!
Very Halloween-y, but I'm not sure I could go in the kitchen in the middle of the night. That rat is just too creepy!
You're making me want to go Halloween shopping ! It looks great.
Girl you know it, you rocked it...loved it. Where did you get the skull candle...did you say it and I missed it...going back to look. Looks A W E S O M E!

super cute! I would love to have you link up at the Sassy Sites feature party on Friday! :)
Everything is fabulous. I love the rat climbing on the top of the dome. I may have to copy that one. I love those nasty rats and ugly birds. My grandson picked up one of the birds today and asked if it was real!
You have a great eye. I bet people love coming into your home for the holidays.
What a great display!! I love all the skulls and candles. It looks awesome!

Thanks for stopping by my blog!
Ohhh, fabulousness!! LOVE your addition of those books too~~
I looks great! I love that you used books in your decorating. I should do that, especially since 75% of my books are about vampires ;)
Love, love, love the skulls!! My 13 yr. old completely disallows anything "cutesie" -this would work perfectly!
Uh, wow. So many fun things to see and love about this cool Halloween set-up! The flippin' best one I've seen! ;)
I'd love for you to check out my giveaway going on now! http://alittleknickknack.blogspot.com/2010/10/felt-headband-giveaway.html

"How much FUN,FUN,FUN is this"!!! Love those black pedestals with the domes. Did they come that way or did you make them??? Everything is PERFECT!
Hugs, Donna
Wow - great job, I think I will stop by the dollar store
I love your little collection of skull decor, very cool! Spooky music does not so much get me in the mood like listening to an episode of ghost hunters, now that gets me scared!

FUN!!! Love th ebooks and all the wonderful candles!
You are so right! This is so cute and so spooky!...Christine
Love your Halloween display...very nice. I love the inclusion of the books. I was thinking of including some of my Anne Rice books and need to dig out my volume of Edgar Allen Poe.
You asked about Halloween music. Yes, I listen to it while I decorate. And of course it plays all night on Halloween.
Most favorite is "Nightmare Before XMas" soundtrack, followed by "Sweeney Todd" and I have several of the Midnight Syndicate's CD's. I do have a CD of scary movie sondtracks but don't like the way it goes from one soundtrack to another...it's too abrupt. So prefer a CD of continuos music.
If you go to Pumpkinrot.blogspot.com...he always lists great music for Halloween. I've been meaning to try out some of his suggestions.
I just became your newest follower and added you to my blog list.
Super creative approach by using these books and the skulls. You can tell you had fun decorating this table!
I love the glittery skulls. Very creepy all around (in a good way)
I love how your table turned out! great job!
This looks amazing....I need to make one of those mix cd's too.

Isn't it great when you create a vignette or tablescape that just screams perfection to you? Love it! The books really make this one for me and the black mouse! So cute in a spooky, creepy way of course :)!
It looks awesome! I love the skull candlesticks. Thanks for joining my Halloween Link Party!

Awesome! My weekly linky party--One Creative Weekend--has gone spooky this week in honor of my thirteenth party. If you haven’t already, I hope you’ll visit "One Creative Weekend" on OneCreativeMommy.com (open every Fri-Wed) and link up this idea and anything else you’d like to share. (You can include non-Halloween posts as well, but feel free to link up as many Halloween-themed posts as you like.) There are two categories—one for Halloween and one for everything else.
You are giving me ideas for this Halloween! Thanks so much for sharing on Throwback Thursday.
I don't decorate for Halloween but this is really cute. It all came together so nicely! Thanks for sharing at Throwback Thursday.
xoxo
