So....i'm on facebook? And pinterest? What do i do now?
What do you do with your facebook page? I think i'd like to share good finds and ideas from other blogs...is this what people do?
Do you have a separate page for your blog and one for personal? I'm afraid of friending anyone in case it's their personal page.
Is your page one that can be "liked" or more of a friend request type deal? Or both?
Um...yeah. Help and advice please.

I only have a personal FB page but have been thinking of doing a blog FB page. I'll let you try it first!! Diann at The Thrifty Groove has a FB page for her blog so she could give you any advice you might need!

Here is the link to a post a friend of mine wrote a wile back that has a lot of great tips for FB. http://designsbydawnmarie.blogspot.com/2011/03/facebook-friday-faq-for-your-business.html Be sure to set up a Page (that is one that people can like) not a personal page that is different and is not meant for a business. Many are set up that way incorrectly. You should not have to accept people as friends to follow your blog fb page. From your blog fb page you will be able to like other pages, but not people. Only people can like your page. It sounds confusing, but it's not. You will get the hang of it. You just want to have it set up right from the beginning. To set up a page go to any business page you can go to mine https://www.facebook.com/MadeByMeg and go to the bottom of the left hand side and you will see in blue text "create a page" that is how you start it. Good luck! when you have it set up let me know so we can like each other!
My blog also has it's own page that people can like. I post links to recent posts and other links or pictures that I find that I think my readers might like (hopefully) http://www.facebook.com/pages/Life-Uncluttered/119283688104539. Hope that helps! Also what's your pinterest user name so I can follow you!
I have a personal Facebook page, but not one for the blog. I never "friend" anybody for that reason. I DO have a Pinterest board though! Friend me!
I was confused about it all too! But after messing around with it, it's kind of fun to be on FB with the blog. And I am addicted to pinterest! SO cool!
I'm sooo glad you friended me on FB. I've got both the personal and The Chunky Mermaid Facebook pages. I pretty much need to spend more time on The Chunky Mermaid page, but honestly, I tend to forget about it. I'm also glad you found me on Pinterest...though I use it for getting ideas for my signs. I guess I need to start adding my stuff on there too. Look what you've done...giving me more things to do! Thanks for the nudge!
Ok - I just liked you on facebook.I have a personal page that I added my blog to as another page. Then I thought maybe I should have them separate so I have a completely separate account for my other blog facebook page! Oh well -a bit of everything!!
I'm off to check out the advice links that your lovely readers have left you!
I'm still a bit unsure what I'm doing with my bloggy facebook page, - I'll get there! Oh and I'm trying twitter too! Have you looked at that yet?? Mmmm even more confusing!!

I have a separate FB page for my blog, mainly for privacy reasons. Yes, it's one more thing to monitor and maintain, but it's worth it.
I'm loving pinterest! I don't really understand how to FIND people to follow though lol...so I guess I'll have to master that before worrying about the privacy issues. :)
I am somewhat confused about my blog FB page, but apparently I'm doing it right according to the other commenters. I'll check yours out!
