I wanna see the world, I do

You're in for two more weeks of silence, my friends, i hope you can stand it.  For tonight, S and i leave for our Spanish adventure.  Sure, there are lots of things i'm nervous about (our car rental better be the automatic we requested, and my GPS better pick up the signal with the new map we loaded) but i'm excited about the adventure that will undoubtedly be!

Enjoy these perfect travel photos and see you when we get back!

This is hysterical!  One day i WILL be one of these people!

Good idea for a project, no?

love.
This could easily have another landmark.

Mark my words!
You KNOW i love this one!

There's still some time for packing and rearranging, so what are your best travel tips?  How to take an artsy photo?  How to safely bring home a bottle of wine?  DO TELL!

All I want to say is have fun! And we better meet up when you get back. I successfully managed to bring home wine and beer for John from France without any bottles breaking. I wrapped them in several layers of clothing, then made sure that they were tucked into the middle of our luggage.

Buy those space saver bags that you roll and suck all the air out. We packed normally, then on the way home used those for extra space to bring stuff home. Also, love the tip of packing then taking half of it out of your bag. And put a change of clothes and important stuff in your carry-on. Being there without luggage would suck.

You're going to have such an adventure, enjoy every second!!! Can't wait to hear stories and see pics when you're back!

Oh yay!! Have so much fun on your trip...that's so awesome! Love all of these images, so fun! My best traveling trip is to just be flexible. The weather / situation isn't always ideal for what you planned, so be okay with adapting when necessary! And take lots and lots of pictures!! They might be a pain to sort through later, but you'll be glad you have options instead of nada!

Have fun on your trip!!

Bon Voyage!!!

I know I'm going to be a smartass here...but the best way to bring home wine safely...is drink it before flying home!

See, I'm back...and now you're gone. Tragic. Noticed I hadn't seen you in my reader so I thought I'd pop on your actual blog to see what was up. Turns out your life is way more exciting than mine....but whose isn't? Hope you two are having a smashing good time and look forward to catching up when you get back!

have fun and have a safe trip!!My only advice is keep your cash and credits in different spots (pockets, wallets, etc) If by some horrble reason you do get pick-pocketed you dont want to loose everything in one swipe.

I love traveling! Its such a joy!
